Enneagram and Shadow: Facilitating Transformation in the Nine Types
In this course you get to develop the skills and “being” to do deeper level, transformational coaching with your clients. You get the framework, methods, and skills to ACCELERATE TRANSFORMATION IN ALL NINE OF THE TYPES FOUND ON THE ENNEAGRAM.
In each module you watch a video of a different types “growth panel” where the panelists are willing to “go there” so you often see hearts break open and sacred tears of transformation are shed. In these panels you will get a visceral, felt sense of the types: worst fears, emotional Passion, hidden limiting beliefs, emotional reactivity, path of spiritual evolution, blind spots, and the Defense Mechanism that keeps the ego in place.
We originally shot the videos at a live six day program where we trained a small group of coaches, and it includes in depth Q and A with the participants, and debriefs of the growth panels where we pull apart the coaching and explore in a moment by moment way what the coach was tracking and paying attention to.
With this level of knowledge, you will find that you can develop rapport quickly with every type found on the Enneagram and offer them something useful in your first conversation with them. Your insight into their inner world will separate you from the other coaches as you deliver meaningful results, charge more for your services, and attract more clients.

How is this course delivered?
You get access to a new set of videos (for a new type) every ten days, so at the beginning you immerse yourself into the world of Type One for ten days and deeply understand their world view and learn how they evolve. Then on the tenth day you get access to all the videos on Type Two. There are nine types total so that’s a 90 day program.
There are hours of bonus videos in the bonus section and you get access to these videos 24 hours a day seven days a week.
